Don Stewart was born in a poverty stricken mining camp in Arizona. He contracted a crippling disease as a teenager which rendered him unable to walk. He was instantly healed when a Holy Ghost filled preacher laid hands on him. Stewart knew that he was called to preach, so he began working for the A.A. Allen Revival team performing odd jobs. Later he enrolled in Allen's Miracle Valley Bible College. Don Stewart became A.A. Allen's right hand man after R.W. Schambach left the team to launch his own ministry. When Allen suddenly passed away in 1970 Don Stewart was at the helm of an internationally known healing ministry. He packed out the old Madison Square Gardens for a miracle revival which drew national media attention. Stewart has kept the flames of miracle revival alive for over half a century.
